About Lawrence W. Williamson, Jr.

“Lawrence has shown a strong faith in Jesus Christ, a desire to be the best, a passionate work ethic, and a disregard for the “societal limitations” placed on minorities. Ultimately, after graduating in the top 11% of his law school class, these attributes have led him to tackle the largest cases recently filed in Kansas and attempt to reverse institutional wrongs against consumers, women, minorities, and employees. Without question, Lawrence is a trial lawyer: from successfully trying cases protecting indigent individuals that are wrongfully convicted of crimes-to successfully trying cases for minority owned multimillion dollar companies that have been discriminated against by the government. Lawrence has proven that he is a consummate trial lawyer through and through. He has been recognized for his distinctive courtroom style, skilled advocacy, and personal involvement in his clients’ cases. He dedicates his practice to advancing the civil and consumer rights of the citizens in Kansas and the greater United States. At the age of 28, Mr. Williamson became one of the youngest attorneys to receive a million dollar jury verdict.”

Thank you for visiting my firm’s website. I believe that when you select a lawyer, you should really know something about this person and so my bio includes topics that I truly believe define me as an attorney and person. I began practicing law for one reason: to help people. When my time has come and gone, I want people to remember four things about me: (1) I loved the Lord; (2) I loved my family; (3) I loved the law; and (4) I loved people.

My faith walk is strengthened by the adversities that one faces is life and law. I often have to fight knock down drag out style to protect the rights of people and to ensure that the law is being followed. Jesus did no less for us. I have engaged in some large lawsuits where people did not believe that my firm could fight or win. We did. The story of David lives on. That is part of my professional testimony.

Also, to whom much is given, much is expected. I have been blessed and I believe that we should always attempt to help those less fortunate. As such, I regularly donate to my Church’s food pantry and I participate in legal clinics to assist those who have legal issues but no money to address them. I also sponsor ten children from various countries throughout the world through Compassion International, which can be found at I plan to visit each an every one on at least one birthday.

So, if you want a lawyer who is passionate about helping you and is willing to fight as hard as it takes to win for you, then contact me and we will see if we can assist you in your time of need. Thank you. LWW
